Michael Ng photographer is the copyright holder of all photographs and the design of this website. Downloading, transmitting, storage in any form, digital or analogue format of any photographs on this website is not permitted.

Rights to use are tendered with an invoice and granted on full payment of the said invoice or by other written agreement from Michael Ng.

Physical possession of any photograph in any format including but not restricted to prints, negatives, dupes, transparency’s or digital files does not imply ownership or rights to use or distribute the photographs.

Photography is licensed for editorial use only. Any commercial use shall require a model and/or property release. The recipient purchasing the rights to use any photograph shall indemnify and hold harmless Michael Ng and any of his agents against any and all claims or damages resulting from the use of the photography by the recipient or recipients client in any manner whatsoever.

Once the term of the license expire the photographs and all copies including digital copies, digital image files, back-up’s, CD’s etc. must be removed and destroyed from the recipients and where applicable, the recipients clients storage systems and if so requested returned to Michael Ng. Unauthorised usage shall be subject to legal action.
